With COVID-19 spreading, our world has been turned upside down. As a result, many of our organizations, as well as our members and stakeholders, are faced with unusual risks and unpredictable situations. Navigating these situations requires us to adapt our strategies as leaders, and open up to new perspectives and ideas. Regardless of whether we´re speaking of value for members, operational procedures, effective teamwork or organizational strategy, we are forced to rethink the way we engage and focus on intended outcomes. In this work session we will present you with some of the building blocks of process faciliation that can be helpful when you are feeling stuck. Together we will explore how to design processes that are participatory and agile, and effectively deal with uncertainty.
