In September 2021, the working group met and discussed how we could best activate employees of the founding company, benefitting them, the company, our partners and society at large. Since then, the topic has continued to be a “hot” one in the groups WhatsApp group and other interactions! Many have also introduced different ways of engaging with employees. A year on, this new session is to share opportunities, challenges and lessons in employee engagement and to continue inspiring each other. Thanks to the members who have recently joined, it should also help grow everybody’s network!
