Considering the recent landmark judgment of the European Court of Human Rights against Switzerland, it appears that understanding the history behind the sentence and the true significance of this decision is of great importance for Swiss and European foundations. Therefore, we wish to initiate a collective discussion about the potential consequences on our activities and strategies within this new legal context.
