For our Philanthropic Investors and Partnerships team, we are looking for a motivated colleague with a keen interest in innovative entrepreneurial solutions to philanthropic impact investing.

Your core responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of the Philanthropic Investors’ and Partnerships’ overall strategy
• Contributing to the development of elea’s strategy in Germany
• Engaging in the development of new partnership concepts and deepening existing partnerships
• Co-ownership for selected investor relationships, including interaction with members of the elea Philanthropic Investors’ Circle, and conduct prospect meetings together with the Co-Heads
• Ensure excellent support for the management of the Philanthropic Investors’ Circle and all partnership-related activities
• Design and implement concepts for elea events

What we would like to see

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong affinity for and understanding of philanthropy and impact investing
• Experience in working with individuals, foundations, and corporations active in the philanthropic sector
• Excellent Microsoft Office capabilities
• Strong analytical abilities and a structured working style, combined with a proactive and solutionoriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (native level) and English; additional languages are an asset
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business administration, social sciences or a related field
• Familiarity with the German foundation and philanthropic landscape, ideally supported by an established personal network
• Willingness and flexibility to travel, especially for frequent trips to Germany
