Evi Allemann
Présidente du gouvernement jusqu’à fin mai 2025 / Conseillère d’État, Direction de l’Intérieur et de la Justice du canton de Berne
Evi Allemann a été élue au Conseil-exécutif du canton de Berne le 25 mars 2018 et dirige depuis lors la Direction de l’Intérieur et de la Justice.
Ses priorités en tant que conseillère d’État portent sur un aménagement du territoire durable, le renforcement du canton de Berne en tant que canton favorable aux familles, ainsi qu’un service public numérique facile d’utilisation. La devise de sa direction — « simple, actif, numérique » — reflète cette ambition : offrir des décisions rapides et des services numériques aisément accessibles. Evi Allemann développe des solutions solides en dialogue avec les communes, l’économie et d’autres acteurs. En matière d’aménagement du territoire, elle promeut une orientation vers la protection du climat et la transition énergétique, et soutient des mesures visant à rendre les procédures plus efficaces et plus rapides. Elle a également à cœur de faire du canton de Berne un lieu favorable aux familles, notamment en mettant en œuvre un allègement accru des primes d’assurance maladie pour les familles.
Née le 16 juillet 1978 à Berne, Evi Allemann vit avec ses deux enfants à Berne.

Marina L. Anselme is a social scientist with a Ph.D. in Sociology and Demography from the Sorbonne and Geneva Universities. With 25 years of international experience across the humanitarian, development, and academic sectors, Marina brings a strong track record in building successful programmes, partnerships, and strategic initiatives. Her areas of expertise include education, forced migration, community support, disaster risk reduction, environmental conservation, poverty reduction, and humanitarian response. She is currently Secretary General of the MSC Foundation and previously held leadership roles at RET International.

Byron Bitanihirwe

Dr. Byron Bitanihirwe is a Programme Manager at Science for Africa (SFA) Foundation on the Being mental health initiative. Prior to joining SFA Foundation, Byron was a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Global Health at the University of Manchester, UK. He has served as Principal Consultant for Bank Lombard Odier and a Research Portfolio Analyst with MQ: Transforming Mental Health. His other experience includes a Roche Postdoctoral Fellowship. He holds a PhD in Neurobiology from ETH Zürich.

Nikki Böhler est entrepreneuse et artiste, engagée dans la réflexion sur les impacts des nouvelles technologies sur la société. Elle est cofondatrice du bureau du futur FutureSense, du cabinet de conseil en intelligence artificielle éthique Intersections, ainsi que du collectif artistique t8y.
FutureSense accompagne des processus de transformation aux niveaux sociétal, organisationnel et personnel. L’organisation donne aux individus les moyens d’imaginer, d’anticiper et de façonner des futurs positifs.
Gabriel Brumariu
Executive Director, Society for Education on Contraception and Sexuality (S.E.C.S.)
Gabriel Brumariu is the executive director of The Society for Education on Contraception and Sexuality – SECS from Romania. He started as a youth volunteer at SECS, 14 years ago, doing peer education in formal schools throughout Romania. Since then, he has worked and implemented projects with a focus on youth and vulnerable communities, in formal and informal context, with interventions built around health and education with trainings, service referral, wellbeing, empowerment of people, groups and communities, development of materials and curriculum, advocacy, research, etc.

Michael Bruter

Michael Bruter is Director of the Electoral Psychology Observatory and Associate Vice President for Research at the LSE and Professor of political science. He has developed a distinguished research profile in the sub-field of voters’ psychology, political behaviour, and political science research methods winning multiple awards including the Market Research Society Award for Best International Research jointly with Sarah Harrison, ESRC 10th Anniversary Celebrating Impact Award for Outstanding International Impact. He is a winner of the 2024 Falling Walls Science Breakthrough of the Year and received a Special Mention for the Stein Rokkan ECPR Award for Best Comparative Research for the book “Inside the Mind of a Voter” he co-authored with Sarah Harrison (Princeton University Press).

Cecilia Cannon
Directrice générale, PoliSync – Centre pour l’engagement des politiques internationales
Dr. Cannon est Directrice Générale de PoliSync, avec plus de 20 ans d’expérience en recherche, enseignement et communication sur les politiques publiques. Elle dirige un projet de l’ONU sur la sécurisation de la migration, anime une série de webinaires sur l’IA pour le bien commun, et co-auteur du rapport 2024 de l’ONU sur les contributions des migrant·es. Elle est titulaire d’un doctorat en relations internationales de l’Institut de hautes études internationales de Genève.

Cheryl Chang
Chief of Staff, Oak Foundation
Cheryl Chang is Oak Foundation’s chief of staff and is based in Geneva, Switzerland. In her role, she supports the president and coordinates organisational strategy and planning. Originally from California, Cheryl was one of the first program officers at Sunlight Giving where she led their housing stability and family support portfolios, and worked to get key foundation infrastructure off the ground. She also served as a program officer for Pacific Foundation Services and the Crescent Porter Hale Foundation. Previously, Cheryl was part of the Organisational Effectiveness and Philanthropy team at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation. In another life, she worked in international development, partnering with national and multilateral agencies to improve global environmental management. Cheryl holds a Masters in Environmental Management and a Bachelors in International Relations.

H.E. Ambassador Patricia Danzi has been Director-General of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) since May 2020. Prior to her engagement with SDC, she spent 23 years with the International Red Cross, both in the field and at headquarters, and became Regional Director for Africa. Patricia Danzi studied in Lincoln, Nebraska and in Zurich and holds a master’s degree in agricultural economics, geography and environmental science. She undertook postgraduate work in development studies in Geneva. She speaks seven languages and is the mother of two adult sons.

Carole Frampton-de Tscharner

Carole leads the Organisational Development (OD) service offer at the PeaceNexus Foundation. She provides support and facilitates learning for PeaceNexus’ OD partnerships across the different regions, and directly manages PeaceNexus’ OD support to international partners and collective learning initiatives on OD.
Carole started her career in South Africa at the Centre for Conflict Resolution. Subsequently, she moved to Burundi to run the Women’s Peace Centre, created by international peacebuilding NGO Search for Common Ground (SFCG). She was later SFCG’s Director of Institutional Learning and a member of the senior management team in Washington, DC. Upon leaving SFCG, Carole worked as an independent consultant and trainer. After moving back to Switzerland, Carole held the position of Africa Director at Geneva Call and Director of Operations for Justice Rapid Response.
Carole holds a Masters in International Relations from the Graduate Institute for International Studies and a Masters in Gender Studies from the University of Geneva.

Hannes Grassegger

Hannes Grassegger wurde vom visionären Technologiereporter zum Digitalverleger. Als Gründer von Spatz lanciert er seit 2024 neuartige Dorfzeitungen in ländlichen Gemeinden in der Schweiz. Als Lösungsansatz für Newswüsten legt Spatz.news den Journalismus in die Hände der Einheimischen. Für seinen Nachbarschaftsjournalismus kombiniert Spatz Ansätze aus Journalismus mit KI und Social Media Methoden.
Bekannt wurde Hannes durch seine Recherchen zu Cambridge Analytica und Content Moderation bei Facebook. Seine Arbeiten wurden in The Guardian, der Süddeutschen Zeitung, Internazionale und Die ZEIT veröffentlicht. Für seine Investigationen wurde er vielfach ausgezeichnet. 2021/22 wurde er in das Global Future Council on Media, Sports and Entertainment des WEF berufen.

Claude Humbel ist seit 2025 Assistenzprofessor für Privatrecht an der Universität Luzern. Er promovierte an der Universität Zürich und habilitiert sich dort aktuell zu einem gesellschaftsrechtlichen Thema. Seine weiteren Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen im Stiftungs- und Non-Profit-Recht. Er ist Ko-Autor der Werke Corporate Philanthropy und Sozialunternehmertum im Schweizer Unternehmensrecht (2024) sowie Recht der Non-Profit-Organisationen in a nutshell (2023). Berufliche Stationen führten ihn zuvor in eine international tätige Wirtschaftskanzlei und an das Obergericht des Kantons Aargau.

Lukas kennt die Bedürfnisse und das Umfeld von NPOs und Stiftungen aus erster Hand. Als ehemaliger Geschäftsführer des grössten Schweizer Think Tanks zur Aussenpolitik “foraus” und des Polit-Forum Bern entwickelte er diverse partizipative Formate und Projekte, um insbesondere jungen Menschen Gehör zu verschaffen. Marie Hürlimann
Co-directrice, foraus - Forum de politique étrangère
Après avoir complété un bachelor en relations internationales et un master en gouvernance environnementale, Marie a œuvré ces 6 dernières années dans les domaines de la gouvernance de l’eau, la durabilité et la participation citoyenne. Elle a travaillé dans le contexte suisse, mais aussi aux Pays-Bas, au Burkina Faso et en Ethiopie. Elle est, depuis mars 2024, co-directrice du foraus.

En tant que Directrice Générale Suisse chez AvS Advisors, elle conseille dans les domaines de la gouvernance, du recrutement exécutif, de la planification de la relève, et du développement intergénérationnel.

Sofyen Khalfaoui

Sofyen Khalfaoui is the Head of the Improving Mental Wellbeing pillar at the Z Zurich Foundation. In his role, he leads a portfolio of 25+ programmes promoting youth mental wellbeing globally and aiming to achieve system change for sustainable impact. Sofyen joined the Z Zurich Foundation in early 2022 after seven years with Save the Children, where he led child protection, wellbeing and education initiatives in EMEA, APAC and LATAM. Prior to taking on this global role, Sofyen worked with several NGOs and the United Nations in Chad, Iraq and Lebanon in the design and implementation of resilience programmes for children and youth. Sofyen holds a MA in International Relations from the Graduate Institute (Switzerland) and a MSc in Development and Humanitarian Studies from the University of Bristol (UK). Sofyen is passionate about the development of impactful innovative solutions, thought-provoking research and new partnership models. Sofyen is also a diligent meditator and an actor developing theatre projects addressing questions of trauma and resilience.

Martin Kotynek

Martin Kotynek ist Journalist und Gründungsgeschäftsführer des gemeinnützigen Media Forward Fund, einer philanthropische Kollaboration von 18 Stiftungen, die den Journalismus und damit die Demokratie in der Schweiz, Deutschland und Österreich stärken. Zuvor war Martin Kotynek sechs Jahre lang Chefredakteur der Tageszeitung „Der Standard“ in Wien, Stellv. Chefredakteur von „Zeit Online“ in Berlin, Investigativ-Redakteur bei der Wochenzeitung „Die Zeit“ sowie politischer Redakteur bei der „Süddeutschen Zeitung“ in München. Carole ist Co-Direktorin des Sustainable Development Solutions Networks SDSN Schweiz, einer globalen UN-Initiative und hat über 15 Jahre Erfahrung in sektorübergreifender Kollaboration, Nachhaltigkeitsberatung und -kommunikation. Sie war Direktorin des NATUR Kongress, Geschäftsleiterin eines Netzwerks zu globaler Gesundheit und baute die Parlamentarische Gruppe SDGs, den nationalen Ernährungssystemgipfel und das Expert Panel Ernährungszukunft Schweiz auf. Ihre Expertise fliesst in die Entwicklung von SDSN-Schwerpunkten zu regenerativer Wirtschaft und nachhaltigen Lebensräumen.

Anja Levèvre
Lernbegleiterin, Intrinsic
Anja Lefèvre ist Lehrperson, Sozialarbeiterin und Absolventin des «Studium Lernbegleiter:in» von Intrinsic. Im Intrinsic Colearning Lab begleitet sie Kinder auf ihren individuellen Lernwegen. Zudem leitet sie verschiedener Projekte und Lernreisen in der Erwachsenenbildung. Ihr besonderes Anliegen ist es, Räume zu gestalten, in denen sinnhaftes, eigenverantwortliches und nachhaltig wirksames Lernen ermöglicht wird. Anja ist Mutter zweier Teenager.

Katherine Milligan

Katherine is a thought leader, advisor, board member, and senior lecturer in social entrepreneurship and systems change. She co-authored the #1 article in Stanford Social Innovation Review in 2022 and 2024 and is a Senior Fellow at the Magnuson Center for Entrepreneurship at Dartmouth College and an elea Fellow at IMD Business School in Switzerland. Over the years Katherine has held executive leadership roles in private foundations, impact investing firms, and non-profits, including serving as the Executive Director of the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, the sister organization of the World Economic Forum, which supports the largest community of late-stage social entrepreneurs in the world. She received her BA from Dartmouth College and her MPP from Harvard University.
