ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and other AI tools offer foundations new opportunities in their day-to-day work, but they also raise questions around data protection, security and legal obligations. In this webinar, you will gain practical insights into how your foundation can use AI responsibly. All SwissFoundations member foundations are warmly invited to attend. The invitation is addressed to foundation CEOs and staff as well as members of foundation boards.

What to expect

  • Context and practical examples: What can AI realistically do today, and where are its limits? What concrete use cases exist?

  • Legal requirements when using AI: Which rules apply before and during use? What role do data locations play, and who ultimately bears responsibility?

  • Practical case study: A real-life example illustrates how legal requirements become relevant in practice.

  • Open Q&A: Space for your individual questions on introducing and using AI in the foundation context.
