Ins Rollen gebracht hatte die Vorlage Oliver Feller (FDP\/VD) im Jahr 2017 mit einer parlamentarischen Initiative. Die Vorlage geht nun an den St\u00e4nderat. Der Bundesrat lehnt das Ansinnen ab."}
